2026 MSATA Annual Meeting

This week, Partner Jeff Friedman will join the speaker lineup during the 2026 Midwestern States Association of Tax Administrators (MSATA) Annual Meeting. On Tuesday, September 15, he will help present “News from the SALT Mine,” a discussion of recent SALT developments, including key court decisions, legislative changes and regulatory updates affecting taxpayers and tax administrators. The session will explore developments in nexus, apportionment, compliance and digital taxation, along with other emerging trends shaping the SALT landscape.

Maryland Chamber of Commerce Webinar

In addition, on September 16, Partners Jeff Friedman and Charlie Kearns will present a members-only webinar for the Maryland Chamber of Commerce focused on Maryland’s Digital Advertising Gross Revenues Tax. The program will examine recent developments surrounding the tax and discuss key considerations for businesses following ongoing litigation and other developments in this evolving area.
